Home Tenant Based Assistance
Home Tenant Based Assistance (HTBA) is a temporary rental assistance program for people at or below 50 percent of the County’s median income.
TBA accepts applicants on a first come first serve basis which is determined by a waiting list. The HTBA waiting list is currently CLOSED.
HTBA is a temporary rental assistance program. The amount of rental assistance that will be received by the applicant is based on the household’s income.
HTBA does not pay the entire rental amount, but instead pays a portion which is determined by household income. Applicants who are accepted onto the program will be required to make co-payments on their rent. The duration of the program is 6 months to 1 year.
Applicants must have a total household income at or below 50% of Clatsop County Median Income.
Those on the program are required to pay the first & last months rent. HTBA will pay initial deposit up to one months rent.
Those on the program are required to attend monthly case management meetings at CCA.
Acceptance on the the program is on a first come, first serve basis.
