How You Can Help

Donate Funds

Every dollar donated purchases about 6 lbs of food or about $8.00 worth of food from the Oregon Food Bank. Donations are accepted year round. Your $10 contribution provides enough food for 46 meals for people who are hungry and it helps fund programs that address the root causes of hunger. For more information about Clatsop Regional Food Bank, please contact the Regional Food Bank Manager at (503) 325-1400 or e-mail

Here are some other ways funds can help:

  • $10 pays to provide the internet to all our homeless clients for a month
  • $55 pays to manage 22 low income apartments for a week
  • $56 pays for a week of a transitional apartment for a homeless family
  • $60 pays for a week of mail and message service to all our homeless clients
  • $83 pays for a week of phones to help provide all our services for all our clients

To donate, please mail all donations to: Clatsop Community Action 364 9th Street Astoria, OR 97103

Please make all checks for Clatsop Community Action or simply CCA. If you want your donation to go to any specific program, just include it on the memo line of your check. All donations are tax deductible.
